DISTRIBUTED COMMON GROUND SYSTEM
The 102nd Intelligence Wing, Otis Air National Guard Base, MA, held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the new Distributed Common Ground System facility. Maj. Gen. Joseph Carter, Adjutant General of the Massachusetts National Guard, and Col. James LeFavor, 102ng Intelligence Group Commander. The new mission provides multi-discipline intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) decision superiority information to US, allied and coalition military forces, government agencies and emergency first-responders across the full range of military operations.
