Directions to Otis Air National Guard Base Otis Air National Guard Base is located on upper Cape Cod, Massachusetts and is a part of the Massachusetts Military Reservation (MMR). The towns of Bourne, Falmouth, Mashpee and Sandwich border the reservation. Camp Edwards (Army National Guard), Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod and Cape Cod Air Station (Air Force) are also located on the MMR. 1. (a) From central Massachusetts and most points west and south take Interstate 495 south (Route 25 south from Wareham) to the Bourne Bridge and cross over the Cape Cod Canal. 1. (b) If coming you are coming from Boston or South Shore area, take Route 3 south. When you reach the Sagamore Bridge at the Cape Cod Canal, take Route 6 traveling west along the canal to the Bourne Bridge. 2. Take Route 28 South from the Rotary at the Bourne Bridge in the direction of Falmouth. 3. Approximately three miles south of the Bourne Rotary you will come to a second rotary on Route 28. 4. Exit the rotary at the sign directing you to the Massachusetts Military Reservation / Coast Guard Air Station. 5. You are now on Connery Avenue, follow it approximately two miles to the next rotary with a water tower. Take the exit directing you to 102 ANG FAC. This is West Outer Road. Cross road at stop sign with flashing red light on South Inner Road. Going straight the road curves to the left. This is South Outer Road. You should be able to see a second large water tower approximately two miles ahead with a flashing red light on top. Go in the direction towards this tower. Keep following signs to 102 ANG FAC. 6. After stopping at a flashing red light at the intersection of East Inner and South Outer, proceed straight ahead. You will arrive at the entrance gate to Otis ANG Base where there is a security policeman on duty. Identify yourself and ask the policeman to call the Public Affairs Office (968-4090). A public affairs representative will either meet you at this gate and escort you, or give you directions to meet elsewhere on the base.
