102nd Civil Engineers support Camp Tortuguero
Civil Engineers from the 102nd Intelligence Wing, Otis Air National Guard Base, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, work at Camp Tortuguero, Vega Baja, Puerto Rico in December 2017. The National Guard was mobilized to provide disaster relief in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
