102nd Intelligence Wing conducts Exercise Tyrant Torch

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Sean Phillips, command and control operations specialist, 102nd Intelligence Wing, sounds an alarm warning signal in an exercise on notional Tactical Training Base (TTB) Kelley, set up on Camp Edwards, Massachusetts, Sept. 8, 2023. Phillips announced alarm conditions and protective gear levels over the giant voice system to alert Exercise Tyrant Torch participants of a notional attack.
