DISTRIBUTED COMMON GROUND SYSTEM
Col. Anthony Schiavi, 102nd Intelligence Wing Commander, Otis Air National Guard Base, MA, uses an excavator to demolish the old security forces operations center to make room for the new $14.4 million intelligence facility. The new mission provides multi-discipline intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) decision superiority information to US, allied and coalition military forces, government agencies and emergency first-responders across the full range of military operations.
