102nd Security Forces Squadron keeping fit to fight
More than 30 members of the 102nd Security Forces Squadron took part in a ruck march around Otis Air National Guard Base, Mass. May 4, 2013. The approximately four mile march took the place of the squadron’s usual physical training session and required each 102 SFS defender to carry more than 30 pounds of gear on their back. Staff Sgt. Gary Bent, 102 SFS, who recently finished first in the ruck march race at the Massachusetts National Guard Best Warrior Competition, planned the march’s route and format.
