OTIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mass. -- Dignified guest and members from Air National Guard units across Massachusetts attended a change of command ceremony for outgoing commander Maj. Gen. Michael D. Akey and incoming commander Brig. Gen. L. Scott Rice. The ceremony was held at the National Guard Museum in Worcester on September 12, 2010.
