OTIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mass. --
The 102IW is committed to conducting its missions in an environmentally responsible manner. Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) awareness is an important measure of wing performance. In keeping with this policy, our vision is to reduce waste through pollution prevention, recycling, and reuse, and to reduce energy usage and water consumption. Our goal is to continually improve out environmental performance by minimizing our impacts on the environment, and to maintain compliance with all Federal, State, Air Force, local, and all other applicable environmental requirements.
Every 102IW employee is responsible for environmental protection, worker safety, health, and installation security awareness. Otis ANG Base has established and maintains environmental objectives and targets relative to its significant environmental aspects and monitors progress toward achieving our objectives. Additional emphasis is placed on protecting Cape Cod's sole source aquifer and the many endangered species of flora and fauna.
Otis ANG Base is strongly committed to continued excellence, leadership, and stewardship in protection of the environment.
