OTIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mass. -- Staff Sgt. Jason King has been a Supply Management Journeyman for the 102nd Logistics Readiness Squadron for the past year. Before that, King spent five years at the 267th Combat Communications Squadron. If you need training equipment or deployment items, he is the man to see.

King chose the supply career field because of his affinity toward people.

"I'm really a people person. I figured what better place to be to meet new people and network," said King.

In 2010, King deployed to Iraq for three months. While he was there he was joined by members of the 102nd Security Forces Squadron who helped give him that sense of home while being half way around the world.

King was born in Rockland, Mass. and has resided locally for the past 18 years. In his time off, King likes to work out at the gym, spend time with family and friends, and watch television. Among his favorite television shows is "The Walking Dead."

For the near future, King said his goals are, "Getting in the best shape physically possible and trying to find a house."
