102 IW opens state-of-the-art intelligence facility

Maj. Gen. Scott L. Rice, The Adjutant General, Massachusetts National Guard, and Col. David McNulty, 102 Intelligence Group commander, cut the ribbon at a ribbon-cutting ceremony November 7, 2015 at Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. The 102nd opened a state-of-the-art intelligence facility as part of its weapon system, the Distributed Common Ground Station.
